Prison Labor, a patriotic duty!

The Dept. of Defense using slave-labor, literally, is the wave of the future:

This practice began during the "Reagan Revolution", the first of it's kind since the days of ol' Jim Crow, after the Drug War captured millions of people (mainly non-whites whose ancestors may have been slaves):
